In the beginning...
March 2006, Annie and David had a vision, to recreate the same great tasting food in Chico that was so popular in Santa Clara. After selling the successful Tasman Teriyaki in Santa Clara, they purchased Café Nile in Chico and promptly started remodeling the building and surrounding landscape. By November 2006 they were ready to open and thus was born Annie’s Asian Grill.
What separates us... from them
Annie’s serves Korean and Japanese food, with Korean food our specialty. What is Korean food you ask? BBQ beef ribs, spicy pork, spicy chicken, and more marinated beef, all grilled and served on sizzling hot plates. Korean dishes come with a plethora of tasty side dishes of pickled and marinated fresh veggies. Steamed rice and miso soup are standard with all entrees.
Friendly, Courteous and inviting...
Annie and David own and operate their restaurant and one of them is usually around during business hours. Annie stays in the kitchen while David is constantly on the move. Everyone at Annie’s strives to make your dining experience a memorable one. Once is all it takes and you will be hooked by the great tasting food and soothing atmosphere.
